Spider-Man 3 – The Black Suit!

Super Hero Hype had the first image of Spider-Man in his black suit for the next movie due out in 2006.
To me the image looks a lot like a black and white photo rendition of the red suit. I wish there had been something of color in the photo to make it clear this was not just a trick.
For the moment I’m unimpressed. Hopefully seeing it in motion will win me over.
However, Comic Book Movie had the following quote from Sony:
You may think you’re looking at a black and white photo. Look closely, Spider-Man wears a black suit in Spider-Man 3. Tobey Maguire returns in the role of Peter Parker/Spider-Man in Spider-Man 3 coming May 2007.
For those who are not familiar, Spider-Man switched to the black suit in the standard continuity after Secret Wars. This was short lived, leading to one of the most successful Marvel villains of all time, Venom. I assume this introduction of the black suit sets up Spider-Man 4 to be centered around Venom as the primary villain.
It’s highly entertaining that first images of the black costume premiering in Spider-Man 3 comes the same month as the printed comic reveals a new costume.

how many spiderman movies are there gunna be?
They have confirmed two more by making toy deals. So at the moment it sounds like at least 5.

I personally hope this isn’t a pic of the real suit. It’s just a black colored version of the aready existing costume. I liked the fact that the original was very different from the original.
We’ll have to wait and see I guess.
I love the look of the suit personally and I’m super pumped that they’re going to use it.
As for setting up Venom as the main villian for 4, perhaps you’re right. However, all indications as of now are that he’ll be in number 3. How big a role, I have no idea.
To answer Jenny, I don’t think Dunst wants to come back for any more after this one so I think they’ll kill her off. They’re bringing Gwen into the picture so, they may swap their stories a little, who knows.

I think Dunst misspoke and led to all this confusion about Venom. I believe she was confused between Venom and the black suit. She probably didn’t understand all the complexity of what was what. I think we may see Venom at the end of this film as a lead in, but not as a primary character. Raimi has been quoted as saying Venom will not appear in a film he directs… I think Topher Grace will in fact play Electro and not Venom, but we’ll see…

Hey it doe’s suck that it doesn’t look like the black suit we all love, but more to the mix recently is the first picture from the offcial site of venom takeing form!!! – i mean check out the sharp teeth forming! – Plus it’s also been confirmed that there is a 4th villian?!!?!? I’ve been hearing rumors that the fourth villain will be Mysterio, but only as a cameo.
The image in his eye looks like Venom…possibly Goblin.. I say Venom because of the way his mouth is open. Goblin doesnt have mouth cause it’s only a costume..

Mysterio will be the opening scene to start the movie off with a bang with spidey already in battle. i’m sure it will be a funny one at that
and end with mysterio being taken away in cuffs.
no back story or anything,unless he comes backs
later in other sequels.
we basicly catch up with spidey as he is still upholding justice..
if mysterio is in it this would be the only
time they could pull it off,a quickie battle.
then the main story takes over.
sandman… harrys torment and change
symbiant sticks to peter and changes his personality and yada yada yada. we all know the story.
venom will be born but he will only be in the last 30 mins in the final battle with sandman and harry and one more surprize villian ressurected!

as soon as spidey learns that harry is this new goblin,that’s when the real goblin appears to hum
a pumpkin bomb at spiderman.
it is goblin himself who throws a pumpkin bomb
at his own son,and most likely makes him take the performance enhancers to go nuts.
i also believe harry will be the one to kill aunt may.
and goblin will obviously kill gwen stacy!

we will get more buildup for conners story of course and he will get more screen time.

Wow, that’s quite a prediction. Spidey 4 & 5 are only rumored at this point, not guaranteed at all.
I also doubt they’ll use the alien origin of Venom. Much more likely to adhere closely to Ultimate Venom. That origin is easier to tell in a movie.
Green Goblin 1 returning? Unless you are talking about flashbacks this seems very unlikely.
Can’t wait to see what really happens though!

i read in some artical that they are not doing a back to back movie , tobey said that IF THERE ARE GOOD STORIES TO TELL THEN WILL TELL THEM. I know how eddie brock turns into venom, eddie follows peter to the church, spiderman is on the top of the church next to a bell tower, eddie brock is under spiderman , eddie looks up and spiderman is ripping the suit off because of the noise of the bell and a piece of the symbiot slides through a crack and lands on eddies hand,eddie falls to the ground and there he is VENOM dun dun dun lol ok so now u know .

I think they did good with this skript spiderman3.So there telling us Sandman killed uncle ben. And when Peter is a sleep he has symbiot on him. And when he wakes up he sees his self with it on. He likes it. It’s so strong to kill sandman. He goes down on a brike and eddie takes pictues he knows spiderman is peter parker.
Then Peter parker fights sandman and sandman fights with him. Peter took off the block symbiot and fell on eddie broke and thats when he becomes venom. And then we already know gb2 returns who is harry osborn.
Now I am thinking Sandman is going to be fighting venom alot. Venom will win. They probley will bring harry fighting spiderman the most. Then harry goes to the hostipler and when he gets out he becomes the gb2 again.
Then when sandman is dead venom fights harry in a duel. Venom of course wins but harry is just hurt so he push on the top of the button and the glider stabs him. But that did’t kill him this when elerticty kills venom. Harry osborn lives he told peter what happend to his father……. Part4
In the beggaing conners is the lizzard. He fights spiderman. He huts him. He helps him up then hit him so hard in the gut. Wait conners it is me peter parker. Lizzard escaped.
Manwolf is fighting the lizzard and he wins. Lizzard is handcuff to jail. Manwolf been saveing the day. Spiderman get away i’ll save this city. Then manwolf decide to kill spiderman.
Then at the end elerticty guy i have no idea what his name is. He kills manwolf and he will be in part 5 in 2010

Tobey will not be in spiderman 4 because of typecasting. andwhatshername will not be in spiderman 4 ethier so there will likely not be a spiderman 4. too bad i wanted to see electro and lizard if there was a spiderman 4.but be sure to look for fantasic four 2 and 3. also harry and grandma dies. lol

in spider-man 3 the villians are sandman venom and harry osborn as the green goblin. lizard is not in this movie only dr.curt connors (lizard) observing the alien symbiote in his lab.
Venom would look like the SPiderman pic except having the Venom eyes, teeth and tongue. Sandman would exist, Harry would not be the Green Goblin but the Hobgoblin. Ock might be back, like in the Ulitmate spiderman, just can’t wait to see Carnage!!
