I think blizzard shud be more creative, see its very simple, blizzard can just mod the game enough that his book has very small validity, thus forcing refunds as the book failed to do what it said it could do (give assistance with wow). and make their own. pay publicists to publish how his book was bad, and blizzards was good. (they do this all the time in software)

a law suit against him will only show how greedy blizzard is. think about it, its in the first amendment that he should be able to sell off his opinion.

i think brian kopp, shud advertise his book asap, sell as many copies as he can (dont over publish). and cash his chips into the bank, and get a new idea.
