Worth mentioning that the Kakapo is up to 87 after a successful breeding season, last I heard the Mountain Gorilla was up around the 800 area, and according to Mark Carwardine, the Baiji Dolpin is &quot;probably already extinct&quot;.   The Northern White Rhino is in desperate trouble too, and will probably be extinct in the wild by the end of 2005.</description>
