the reason he was a cloud is because every sentiant species sees galactus in a different form depending on the limits of their comprehension. he was just a cloud because only the silver surfer ever saw him and that is how his species sees galactus. look it up on the marvel website or wikipedia

Hmm, wonder if I should add this back into my "to see" queue? I didn't like the first one either so it kept getting preempted by other movies.

I have really high hopes for Transformers!

I must say, I really enjoyed the F4 movie. I hated the first one and went because Keith backed out of a child’s birthday party. But he missed out because I really liked it. Sure, I didn’t get to see Galactus but I was never crazy about the giant robot anyway.

From what previous reports have stated the Transformers movie is incredibly entertaining. What it might lack in story it makes up for in sheer awe.

Then we make room for next summer when the Dark Knight Returns and thus allows for DC to step to the fore front. Still waiting on that Aquaman movie though.

I haven't seen the movie yet. I am not a big Marvel fan. Could it be that Galactus uses the cloud for transportation? I saw the Ultimate Alliance picture and thought that was pretty cool.

And now that the Marvel people have had their Spiderman and F4 summer, it is time to move over for Transformers.

I was pretty disappointed with the fact that the big G didn’t make an appearance the way we were all hoping he would. Otherwise I enjoyed the movie but at least for me it kept the movie from being great.
