I suspect that subversion underlies the whole thing, as Google pays the wages of a few subversion developers, afaik.</p><p>It's nice to see that there's a easy-to-use web interface for what's essentially an age-old concept, but that doesn't mean the age-old concept becomes any newer.</p><p>What's more frustrating is that in recent years, version control systems have become more and more distributed (for good reasons), making a centralized repository on Google's servers look even more outdated.</p><p>But maybe that's just the pampered software engineer's point of view.</p> Um, subversion anyone?
